GPA is calculated by dividing the total number of grade points earned by the total number of credit hours attempted.

Basic Formula:

GPA = Σ (Grade Points × Credits) / Σ (Total Credits)

Standard Grade Scale:

• A = 4.0
• B = 3.0
• C = 2.0
• D = 1.0
• F = 0.0
